Simplicity

I've come to realize how much I love the simple things in life. Late night chit chats with my favorite guys. Laughing hysterically for an hour with my siblings after my brother came home. Laughing hysterically with my best friends taking crazy pictures while playing Rockband. Hearing a favorite song. Staying up late at your friends house and laughing and talking about boys. The smiles and giggles I get from the kids I babysit. Receiving phone calls from special someones. Getting a comment from your best friend. Or simply reading a blog about something exciting happening in a friend or relatives life. It doesn't take much to have a wonderful time. And I thank God for each and every absolutely wonderful simple moment in life.

Late night chit chats

I don't know what to write but I felt like updating so...
My summers going pretty well I have been babysitting everyday which is kind of boring saying that the kids are only 5 months old so they don't really do anything but eat (alot), sleep (a little), poop and pee (also alot), and the little boy vomits alot. Other than that life has been kind of boring. I have read several books in the last week mainly to get over my boredness while babysitting and spent way too much time on facebook lol. But I have nothing to do after babysitting but clean or go on the computer and talk to random people.

Best summer ever

Got a job, a car, and met three really cool people in the randomest way possible. My car has a delrae (cool, rockin, awesome) stereo. The kids are get to babysit are adorable despite their spitting up on me all the time, and my friends are awesome. Tomorrow is the church fair I hope that goes well. I hope Mark comes home soon as well. I also hope I can make a trip to Fresno some time soon =]]. Well not much more to write. Oh by the way congrats on 100 posts Mel I'm making my way there.

Summer Summer Time

So lets see here... My summer has gone by kinda fast kinda slow I don't some days its like wow its already August but other times it just seems like its been long. I am not looking forward to college and I am having problems registering for classes. ughh! Well my parents just came home and said they bought me a car its a Nissan Maxima!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!! =]]] I kinda have a job too so its been a good month.

No I'm not getting married, yet! My cousin is on the 2nd, as usual I'm the bridesmaid its hard work being so loved! Its gonna be a busy week though with VBS, rehearsal dinners, bacholerette parties, and the wedding, it will be quite fun though! We got an email from my brother Mark, right now he is in Panama doing nothing as usual. He will hopefully home sometime in the middle of August. This week Sara is coming from Iowa YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm quite excited to see her and Kenny. And hopefully my cousin's wife Elizabeth will have had her baby soon. We'll see. Well just thought I would do a quick update. Hope to talk to u all soon!

Good Times!! Good Times!!

Well lets see this summer has been quite a fun one. I've hung out with Regina almost everday. I think I have spent the night at her house at least once every week this summer! We have so much fun. I need to hang out with Melissa but between road trips and her job i dont know when that will happen hopefully soon!! I have too much to tell her and it cannot be told in blog form. Where just wanted to write a quick update although I didn't say much. We celebrated my gma and gpa thompsons 60th wedding anniversary on saturday, today is the actual anniversary though. I can't imagine spending 60 years with someone, its pretty cool though that they have. I have such a wonderful family and have been truly blessed by them on both sides really. Praise the Lord!

hot sauce and jam

well I've been told that I need to update so here I am updating. Now lets see what can I write about. This past week I spent time at my other families house the Beelers we didnt do much but read but I had fun. I started reading a new series of books about a girl falling in love with a vampire my mom wasn't too excited but oh well its a really cool series. Hi-camp was pretty fun kinda boring doing all the same things every year for three years and melissa wasnt there so that was kinda boring cuz my other friends are kinda duds. I saw my old youth pastor and his wife and kids today. I miss them but our new youth pastor is pretty cool to. I wish I could go to Missouri sometime and visit them. Right now I am the only child because my brother Mark is in Costa Rica for who knows how long he bought a one way ticket and didnt say when he'd be back probably not till sometime in August though. I miss him alot but I cant worry about him because what can I do the only thing I can do for him is pray. Hes said he's having fun though. Well thats about all I have to say if youre wondering about the title hot sauce and jam its because its good together. Whenever i have scrambled eggs i like to put grape jam eggs and hot sauce on toast mmm it sounds really good right now except im out of my hot sauce. well i'll try to write soon if anything exciting happens.
